James Edward Buehner

James "Jim" Edward Buehner, 81, of Eufaula, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Jim was born on January 6, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio to John Francis and Ruth Grace (Gorsuch) Buehner. He attended school in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam from October 12, 1963 to April 5, 1968. Jim was married to Judith Faigle for seventeen years. To this union, one daughter, Shelly, was born. On February 14, 1995 he married Mildred "Jeanne" Murray. They were happily married for twenty years before she preceded him in death on October 2, 2015. Jim worked for General Motors as a forklift mechanic and machinist before retiring in 2003.

Survivors include: daughter, Shelly Kay and husband Gary, of Eufaula; sons: Doug Buehner, of Tulsa; Garry Lehnart, of Virginia; and Dale Lehnart, of Stigler; brother, Jack Buehner and wife Linda, of Michigan; ex-wife and caretaker, Judith Buehner; eleven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruth Buehner; wife, Jeanne Buehner; son, Larry Lehnart; great grandson, Hunter Mastin; and brother, Bobby Buehner.
