Jacqueline Brinkley, 59, passed away Saturday, December 24th, 2022, in Mcalester, OK. Jacqueline was born on November 27th, 1963, in Talihina, OK, to Jack and Edna (Butler) Belcher. She attended Eufaula Public Schools and Sequoyah High School. Jacqueline married William "Pete" Brown Jr. and to this union one child was born. She worked at the Eufaula Bingo Hall for fifteen years. On June 2, 2001, Jacqueline married David Brinkley at the Okfuskee Indian Baptist Church and to this union one child was born. They were happily married for twenty-one years. Jacqueline enjoyed crocheting, going to the casino, cooking and being with friends and family.
Jacqueline is survived by her husband, David Brinkley of the home; daughters, Beth McKaughan and spouse Shannon of McAlester, Amy Brinkley and spouse Javier of Lafayette, IN and Lynn Casanova of Lafayette, IN; son, Joshua Brinkley of Eufaula; brothers, Richard Belcher of McAlester, Robbie Belcher of Eufaula, and Ben Belcher and spouse Jana of Blanchard; sisters, Marilyn Tattershall of Muskogee, Ramona Tainpeah of Shawnee, and Nancy Skaggs and spouse Jack of Campbell, MO; and grandchildren, Allison McKaughan, Aiden Brinkley, Brandon Jaime, Christina Jaime, Cassandra Jaime, Marco Jaime, Brianna Casanova, Erika Casanova, Austin Casanova and Kayla Harris. She is preceded in death by her parents; stepsons, Nicholas Brinkley, Paul Lucas Brinkley and David Brinkley Jr.; siblings, Johnny Belcher, Jackie Belcher, Gene Fields, Taylor Fields, Virginia Hill, Evelyn Duttry and Judy Morsette; and granddaughter, Arianna Nicole Brinkley.
