Herman "Pete" A. Mann

On Wednesday, July 12, 2017, Herman Alvie "Pete" Mann, age 68, courageously completed his journey on Earth. Pete was born on Wednesday, April 13, 1949, in Checotah, Oklahoma to George and Audery (Wilson) Mann. He happily married the love of his life, Carlene Brooks, on April 22, 1969 in Shady Grove. Pete devoted at least 30 years of his life to Owens-Illinois before retiring. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, George and Audery. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carlene, his 2 sisters; Elsie and her husband Ronnie, and Evelyn, his 3 sons; Lewis and his wife Shelby, Mark, and Robert, 8 grandchildren; Chelsea and her husband Andrew, Marc, Jordan, Katie, Hailey, Trevor, Christian, and Harbor, 3 great grandchildren; Nevaeh, Jonah, and Miah, his cousin Linda Montgomery, and an abundant amount of extended family members and lifelong friends.
