Helen Nadine Buck

Helen Nadine Buck, 96, of Eufaula, passed away on July 18, 2013 at her home. Nadine was born on October 21, 1916 in Stidham, Oklahoma to Samuel Lewis and Ollie (Estes) Pittman. She attended Stidham High School. On, May 14, 1934, Nadine married Sam Buck, who preceded her in death on October 7, 1982. She worked as a homemaker, taking care of all her family. Nadine was a member of the Eufaula First Baptist Church. Survivors include: her daughter, Carolyn Stauffer and husband, Norman; brother, Glenn Pittman and wife, Eva; sister, Charlotte Turner, all of Eufaula, OK; three grandchildren: Cynthia Arendt and husband, Allan; Rodney Stauffer and wife, Beth; Gregory Growcock and wife, Julie; and five great grandchildren: Garrett Arendt and wife, Kristen; Sam Stauffer, William Growcock, Ben Stauffer, and Creighton Growcock. She is preceded in death by her parents: Samuel Lewis and Ollie Pittman; her husband, Sam Buck; daughter and son in-law, Barbara and Kenneth Growcock; three sisters: Lucille Hallum, Ramona Johnson, and Estes McIntosh; and three brothers: Walter L. Pittman, Lincoln Pittman, and Billy Ray Pittman.
