Hailey Elizabeth Taylor

Hailey Elizabeth Taylor, 21, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023. Hailey was born on January 16, 2002, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Douglas Keith Todd and Shannon Marie (Mills) Carrell. She and her family lived in Mid-West City and Moore over a three-year period. They moved to Eufaula for a year, McAlester for ten years and then moved back to Eufaula. During her middle school years Hailey played the clarinet in band and played softball. In high school she continued to play softball and played basketball for one year. Although Hailey didn't have her high school diploma, she completed training and received a certificate to take care of adults with cognitive and physical disabilities; this was her passion; taking care of those who couldn't care for themselves. Hailey loved her car and her cat. She also enjoyed shopping for shoes and clothing, Nike and Under Armour were her favorites. Most importantly, Hailey loved her family.

She is survived by her mother, Shannon M Carrell of Eufaula; sister, Emma Lee Marie Cowan and husband Peyton of Kentucky;

brother, Gary Lee Jones and wife Lexie of Georgia; grandparents, Gary and Barbara Mills; uncle and aunt, David and Jamie Mills of Eufaula; nieces and nephews, Adleigh Jones, Asher Jones, Aubrey Cowan and a host of cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Douglas in 2016 and a brother, Ethan Mills in 2005.
