Gwendlyon Jeanette Ragon

Gwendlyon was born on January 20, 1936 in Tipton County, Tennessee to Onyx Rawleigh Daniels and Doshia Theo Rice. She married James Robert White in 1952 that union brought forth 4 children Athena M. Pearce, Regina Lynn Thompson, James R. White Jr. and Alisa R. Lane. She was preceded in death by her husband James White Sr., her father, mother, 2 sisters, Shirley Stewart and Trilby Taylor Daniels, one granddaughter, Mellissa Thompson, and Arthor Ragon (2nd husband). Gwen was survived by 3 daughters, Athena Pearce and husband Steven of Abilene, Texas, Regina Thompson and Felix Thompson of Checotah, Oklahoma, Alisa R. and Bob Lane of Checotah, one son, James R. White and wife Judith of Oologah Oklahoma, Heather Lane of Checotah, Nathaniel Robert White of Checotah, 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
