Gregory A. Baker

Gregory A. "Greg" Baker, 60, of Bixby formerly of Eufaula passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 at his home. Greg was born on December 7, 1955, in Holdenville, Oklahoma the son of Allan and Billie Jean (Madden) Baker. He graduated from Choctaw High School in 1973. On October 2, 1976, Greg married Ann Hargus in Harrah, Oklahoma. They were happily married for thirty-nine years. Greg worked as a parts manager at Hudiburg in Oklahoma City. In 1989, he and his family moved to Eufaula. He worked for Georgia Pacific for several years. Greg bought land north of Eufaula and began developing the Meadowwood Addition. He owned and operated Baker Development and built over twenty homes. He loved to build and construct. Survivors include: his wife, Ann, of the home; his sons, Jeffrey Baker of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Brian Baker of Oklahoma City; his daughter, Cassie Baker of Tulsa; his brothers, Kevin Baker and wife Keri of Jones and Ron Harrington and wife Donna of Choctaw; his sister, Tami Stine and husband Randy of Choctaw; five grandchildren, Makayla, Christian, Chelsie, Devin and Madison and his step-mother, Debbie Baker. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Debbie Harrington.
