Geraldine Mae Magreevy

Geraldine Mae Magreevy, 85, of Eufaula passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 at her home. Geraldine was born on August 5, 1929, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the daughter of William A. and Thelma (Harper) English. Geraldine graduated from Harbor High in 1947. On June 15, 1957, she married William David Magreevy Sr. in Ashtabula. They were happily married for 57 years. Geraldine was a certified florist. She owned at the Old Grey Mare Gift Shop. Geraldine enjoyed being with children participating in Cub Scouts of America and the Foster Grandparents program. She was also with the Ki Bois Community Action group for twenty-five years. Survivors include: her husband, William D. Magreevy, Sr. of the home; her sons, Dale Allen Magreevy and wife Sandra, Mark Alexander Magreevy and wife Karen and Paul James Magreevy; her daughter-in-law, Cathy Magreevy; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Charles English and a son, William Magreevy Jr.
