Gary Ronald Adams

Gary was born on August 20, 1940 in Bakersfield, California to Clifton and Dewilma (Deweber) Adams. He graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1958. He served in the United States Marine Corp. On March 23, 1963, Gary married Barbara June Smart, who preceded him in death in 2006. They were happily married for forty-three years. He worked as a machinist at Chromalloy and Lockheed Martin, before retiring in 1995. Gary attended the Church of Christ in Newalla. He loved to fish, camp, golf, and being on the lake. Survivors include: his two daughters: Kimberly Michelle and husband Michael Cook, of Eufaula, OK; and Christina Rena and husband, Juan Zambrano, of Virginia; sister, Patricia Pixley, of Moore, OK; brother, Michael Adams, of Moore, OK; sister in-law, Carrie Adams, of Albuquerque, NM; four grandchildren: Jessica Thomas, Christopher Rothove, Mackenzie Maxwell, and Erin Hand; three great grandchildren: Ethan Thomas, Jonathan "Brett" Thomas, and Brooklyn Thomas; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Dewilma Adams; two sons: Clifton Joe Adams and Wayne Adams; brother, John Earl Adams; and sister, Deanna Schmidt.
