Frances "Fran" Effie Kay Howry

Frances "Fran" Kay Howry, 71, of Eufaula, passed away on February 18, 2016 at her home. Fran was born on August 11, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to John Henry and Mildred Jo (Holmes) Howry. She graduated from Central High School in Oklahoma City. Fran attended college at OCU. She worked as the Office Manager for Dr. Eminhizer for fifteen years. Fran worked at Tinker Air Force Base for over ten years, before retiring in 1997. After retirement, she moved to Lake Eufaula, where she resided until her death. Survivors include: her brother, Billy G. Howry and wife, Letha, of High hill, OK; sisters: Jody Elkins, of Moore, OK; Mattie Maloy and husband, Paul, of Longtown, OK; and Mary Sue Zamorano, of Indiana; She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Howry; and brothers: Richard Leon and John Henry II Howry.
