Essie Pendley

Essie Rathine Pendley was born June 11, 1959, in Okemah, Ok. to Warren G. Bogle and Dormilee Guinn Bogle. She went to her home in heaven on May 13, 2020. She was raised in Hanna, OK, and graduated from Hanna High School. She married her forever sweetheart, Terry Michael Pendley (Mike) of Henryetta on June 13, 1977. Mike passed from this life on September 12, 1987. They had one daughter. Rathine was preceded in death by her husband, Mike; and by her parents Warren G. and Dormilee Bogle; two sisters, Yvonne DeGraffenreid and Lanna Flud; brother-in-law, Steven Fisher; and sister-in-law, Eva Bogle.  She is survived by her daughter, Terry Littleman and husband Chris; grandson, Kayne Littleman; three sisters, Virginia and Larry Bratton of Mustang, Ok.; Ima Fisher and Rhinard Speir of Holdenville; Lisa and Matt Rodebush of Eufaula; and four brothers, Larry and Mickey Bogle of Hanna; Keith Bogle of Hanna; Randy and Ashton Bogle of Hanna; and Kenney and Janet Bogle of Henryetta along with numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.  She and her husband, Mike, lived in Henryetta until he passed. She and her daughter, Terry, then moved to Hanna where she has spent the rest of her life. She worked in various jobs during her working years and served on the town council of Hanna for many years.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her daughter and grandson, and just sharing love and laughter with all her family. She grew up in the country and never tired of creeks, hollows, front porches, and country life and loved for everyone to get together. She never tired of the quiet life.  She was a strong believer in Jesus, and would tell everyone how good he was to her and how much her faith helped her throughout her life.
