Ellen Louise Pearce

Ellen was born on March 6, 1940, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma the daughter of James Edward and Mildred Oleta (Hagabuch) Thornbrugh. She attended Bartlesville Public Schools. In 1956, Ellen married Don Williams in Bartlesville. They were happily married for more than 35 years. Ellen worked as a nurse for the biggest part of her life. She also worked at Mnich"s Grocery Store. On January 11, 1997, Ellen married Calvin Pearce in Coweta, Oklahoma. They were happily married for 16 years. Survivors include: her husband, Calvin, of the home; her sons, Charlie Williams and wife Margaret of Grove, Dino Williams and fiancé Dixie of Dewey, Mike Pearce and wife Michelle of Jenks and Steve Pearce and wife Mary Stepp of Okay; daughter, Kelly Croffut and husband Phillip of Ramona and a daughter-in-law, Tammy (Williams) Peoples of Bartlesville; her brothers, Jim Thornbrugh and wife Laura of Bartlesville and Carty Thornbrugh and wife Joy also of Bartlesville; her sister, Donna Sue Viles and husband Richard of Ramona; sixteen grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Ellen is preceded in death by her parents and one son, David Edward Williams, in 2002.
