Edward Eugene Clark, 81, f Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 in Tulsa. Ed was born on June 26, 1939, in McCune, Kansas, the son of Clint and Carrie Lea (Johnson) Clark. He graduated from Scott City High School in 1957. On July 20, 1958, Ed married Barbara Helen Crouch. They were happily married for 64 years. In 1957, Ed enlisted in the United States Air Force. While serving in the Air Force, Ed received several honors including the AF Commendation Medal with 1 Oak Leaf cluster, AF Good Conduct Medal with 1 Silver and 3 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Good Conduct Medal, AF Longevity Service Award Ribbon with 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, National Defense Service Medal with 2 Service Stars, and the AF Outstanding Unit Award with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters. He was honorably discharged on January 31, 1986. Ed and Barbara moved to Eufaula, Oklahoma in 1986. He worked at the Muskogee VA several years in maintenance and housekeeping. He later worked for Dr. Johnson at the vet clinic in Checotah for a little over six years before Dr. Glover took over. Ed enjoyed boating, fishing, shooting guns, piddle, traveling, barbequing and spending time with his family. Survivors include: his wife, Barbara, of the home; his son, Terry Clark and wife Gloria "Bo" of Eufaula; and a sister, Joyce Marie Clark of Atlanta, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Ed Clark and a sister, Louise Ballas.
