Doyle Wayne Baker

January 15, 1939 — August 24, 2018

Doyle was born on January 15, 1939, in Eufaula, Oklahoma the son of Tom and Geneva (Speir) Baker. He graduated from high school in Deming, New Mexico. Doyle enlisted in the United States Navy and served four years before being honorably discharged. He worked as a route driver for several different businesses including Rainbow Bread, Sara Lee and Archway Cookies. He was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Eufaula. Survivors include: his sons, Jerry Baker of Sabastian, Florida; Audie Baker of Crooks, South Dakota; his daughter, Rene Gonzales of Cummings, Georgia; his sisters, Reba Swinney of Eufaula, and Loretta Choate of McLoud; his brothers, Carl Baker of Arkansas and Kenneth Baker of Muskogee; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and his partner, Darlene Valentine of Eufaula. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Alma Baker, his wife, Audene Baker, a son, Kevin Baker and a brother, Curtis Baker.
