Doyle Clyde Wood

Doyle was born on June 8, 1938, in Forest, Louisiana the son of Randall and Donia (Creel) Wood. On July 5, 1963, Doyle married Katie Mae Fowler in Hanford, California. They were happily married for fifty-five years. Doyle worked as a truck driver for thirty-five years. He loved to listen to old country music, play pranks on everyone and spend time with his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time at the casino. He is survived by: his wife, Katie, of the home; his son, Markey Wood and wife Lynn of Muskogee; his daughter, Tammy Hughes and husband John of Muskogee; his son, Randy Wood of Checotah; his daughter, Misty Wood of Checotah; his daughter, Sherri Piland and husband Randy of Checotah; his son, Buddy Wood of the home; his sisters, Dottie Roberts of Bakersfield, CA and Dott Brumley and husband Walt of Lemoore, CA; nineteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Charles Wood, a sister, Billie dee Walker and a grandson, Dustin Shawn Wood.
