Donald Warren Boyd

Donald Warren Boyd, 84, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022, at his home. Donald was born on August 15, 1937, in Eufaula, Oklahoma, the son of Jesse C. and Bessie (Burns) Boyd. Donald enlisted in the United States Navy in 1955. He was honorably discharged on September 29, 1961. On November 5, 1960, Donald married Isabel Lyle in South San Francisco, California. Donald and Isabel traveled the world going to every continent. For their fiftieth anniversary they went to Israel. In 1998, they moved back to Eufaula. Donald worked as a mechanic for Merck Chemical. He was a member of the Checotah Assembly of God. Don enjoyed fishing, bird watching, and going to church. Survivors include a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Isabel, siblings, Kay, Kenneth, Jesse, Sarah, Robert, and Geneva.
