Donald Ray Mitchell

Donald Ray (Butch) Mitchell, 76, of Eufaula, OK, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, September 16, 2024, at his home. Donald was born on March 7, 1948, in Braggs, Ok to Joseph Mitchell and Cordie Mitchell (Mannon). Donald attended Lamont Elementary and Mountain View Junior High. Donald worked in the oilfield for most of his life specializing in pumping units. Donald married Wanda Dye on July 24, 1966, in Mexico, they were married twenty-one years. Donald married Diana K. Hill on October 1,1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada, they were married thirty-five years. Donald was a member of the Little Coweta Baptist Church.

Survivors include wife Diana of the home; two daughters; Wendy Mitchell and Dedra Mitchell both of Eufaula, OK. eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and his sister Brenda Cole of Coalgate, Oklahoma.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Robert: five sisters Virginia, Wanda, Shirley, Dorothy, Bonnie. one stepdaughter Dinah Kelley and three stepsons Darrell, Danny and David.
