Donald "Dugan" McIntosh, 73, of Eufaula, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Solara Hospital of Muskogee. Dugan was born on October 14, 1940, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma the son of Bud and Lucille Nancy (Carpenter) McIntosh. He was a star athlete in high school and a Golden Gloves Champion. He graduated from Eufaula High School in 1959. He received his post graduate degree from Haskell Institute in Lawrence, Kansas. Dugan served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve. He worked for the Air Force Reserve for 25 years as an airplane electronics technician. Dugan was a silver smith specializing in Indian jewelry. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and sports especially basketball. He was a member of the Deepfork Hillabee Church of Onapa. Survivors include: his wife, Christine, of the home; his sons, Lee McIntosh of OKC, John McIntosh and wife Juana of St. Michaels, Arizona, Matthew McIntosh of Norman and Mitchell McIntosh and wife Lana of Norman and nine grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John McIntosh in 1998 and a sister, Mozella Winkle in 1971.
