Diane Shannon Casey

Diane Shannon Casey, 65, of Eufaula, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Cornerstone Hospital in Muskogee. Diane was born on June 3, 1949, in Alexandria, Louisiana, the daughter of Robert Felton and Tera Mae (Driggers) Shannon. She graduated from Pineville High School in Louisiana. Diane worked as a supply technician at the Muskogee Regional Hospital for thirty-three years. On August 26, 2006, Diane married Jerry Lynn Casey in Stidham, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Lenna Baptist Church. Family was very important to Diane. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and always looked forward to the "Sister Vacations". She loved the outdoors, watching the birds and deer and planting flowers. Survivors include: her husband, Jerry, of the home; her daughter, Sheila Rippy of Muskogee; her sons, Shane Rippy of Eufaula and Jason and Lori Rippy of Stidham; sisters, Gale S. Mathews and husband Jack, Nettie E. Mercer and husband Barry, and Bobbie Beaubouef all of Pineville, Louisiana; and four grandchildren, Hannah, Dalton, Jacob and Caleigh. She is preceded in death by her parents, one infant brother, Dale and a nephew, Jamie Ellis Beaubouef.
