David Paul Willmon

David was born on October 7, 1961 in Bakersfield, California to J.D. and Vernona Faye (Duke) Willmon. He graduated from Eufaula High School in 1980 and attended Oklahoma State University. David worked in the coal mines with his dad for several years. On October 7, 1988, he married Pamela Sue Brittain in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. They were happily married for over twenty-six years. He later worked at Vivian Rural Water Department for over eighteen years. David farmed and ranched for over forty years. He was a member of the Hanna Baptist Church. Survivors include: his wife, Pam Willmon, of the home; son, Justin Willmon and wife, Laura, of Lenna, OK; daughter, Melinda Lange and husband, Steven, of Checotah, OK; mother, Vernona Mitchell, of Bakersfield, CA; brother, Doug Willmon, of Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Robin Willmon, of Bakersfield, CA; and six grandchildren: Jaxon, Burkleigh, Asher, Jayler, Lexzen, and Kanaan. He is preceded in death by his father, J.D. Willmon.
