David Jess Boling

David Jess Boling, 49, of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. David was born on April 9, 1972, in N.A.S. LeMoore, California, the son of Reid and Linda Boling. He graduated from Hilldale High School in 1989. He enlisted in the United States Navy on December 12, 1989. While serving David received several decorations including the National Defense Service Medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, South West Asia Service, Meritorious Unit Commendation, the Sea Service Deployment ribbon and the Flag Letter of Commendation. He was honorably discharged on September 25, 1993. On February 6, 2004, David married Nancy Lucinda Lewis in Eufaula. They were happily married eighteen years. David received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 2012. Survivors include: his wife, Nancy, of the home; mother, Linda Boling; sons, Jacob Lewis and fiance Allison Clark of Catoosa, Stephen Boling of Fort Gibson; grandchildren, Sonny, Gabriella, Ryleigh, Brayleigh and Brayden; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Reid Boling and his father and mother in law, Stephen and Wilma Lewis, and a brother-in-law, Daniel Lewis.
