Darrell Scott Fretwell

Darrell Scott Fretwell, 40, passed away on March 6, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Darrell was born on July 15, 1976 in Mountain View, California to Gary Grant and Debra Kay (Smith) Fretwell. He graduated from Lowry High School in Winnemucca, NV. Darrell received his Associate"s Degree in Nursing from Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Oklahoma. Darrell, known as Bubba to family and friends, loved nursing, and his family and friends. He enjoyed photography, shooting sports, the outdoors, and fishing and hunting when he had the time. Bubba was an avid fly tyer and fly caster. Survivors include: his father, Gary Fretwell and wife, Cindy, of Little Rock, AR; his mother, Debra Fretwell, of Eufaula, OK; maternal grandmother, Wanda Smith, of Eufaula, OK; brothers: Robert Fretwell and wife, Kristina, of Coronado, CA; Clayton Fretwell and wife, Rachelle, of Chandler, AZ; and one nephew, Miles Dylan Fretwell, of Chandler, AZ.
