Darrell D. Rehmert

Darrell D. Rehmert, 50, of Eufaula, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018. Darrell was born on December 27, 1967, in Dodge City, Kansas, the son of Robert L. and Linda L. (Parrott) Rehmert. He graduated from Dodge City Senior High in 1985. On June 19, 1992, Darrell married Pamela Lotton in Dodge City, Kansas. While living in Kansas, he worked for Dillon's Grocery Store. In 2007, Darrell and Pam moved to Eufaula, Oklahoma to be with family. Darrell worked for Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory for nine and a half years. He was a member of the Lindsey Chapel Baptist Church. Darrell loved spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include: his wife, Pam, of the home; his mother, Linda Rehmert of Eufaula; his daughter, Samantha Jordan and husband Justin of Krebs; his sons, Andrew Rehmert and Tyler Rehmert both of San Antonio; his brother, Steve Rehmert and wife Donna of Eufaula; his sisters, Lora Rehmert of Checotah and Mindy Rehmert of Dodge City, Kansas; his nieces, Kasey Speer of Dodge City, Kansas, Stevie Love and husband Dee of Checotah, Jessica Chapman and husband Greg of Dodge City, Kansas, Zoe Zimmerman and Kierra Smith of Dodge City, Kansas, Hudson Rehmert, Henley Rehmert and Harper Rehmert all of Olathe, Kansas; his nephews, Jason Kelley and wife Rebecca of Durham, North Carolina, Clint Rehmert and wife Jenna of Olathe, Kansas, Zayden Zimmerman of Manhattan, Kansas, Eli Love and Levi Love of Checotah, Cain Chapman of Dodge City, Kansas and two grandchildren on the way. Darrell is preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Rehmert, his brother, Chuck Rehmert and his grandparents, Jake and Jesse Pearl Parrott and Louis and Thelma Rehmert. A memorial fund has been established at the Bank of Eufaula for the family.
