Concha

Concepcion "Concha" Rosas Starkey, 74, of Eufaula, passed away on November 12, 2022 at the St. John Hospital in Tulsa. Concepcion was born on March 8, 1948 in Deming, New Mexico to Victor Amaya and Frances (Rosas) Amaya. On February 26, 1977 she married Lloyd Michal Starkey. They were happily married for twenty-five years before he preceded her in death on July 4, 2002. Concepcion was a homemaker and took care of everyone in her family. She enjoyed bowling, shopping, and antiques. Concepcion attended the Little Coweta Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her two daughters: Tina Bailey and spouse of Jeremy, of Broken Arrow, and Yvette Miller and spouse Tate, of Owasso; son, Lloyd Michal Starkey, Jr, of Owasso; grandchildren: Grayson, Max, Melina, and Ciara; sisters: Anna Rodriguez, Mary Gonzales, and Victoria Jones. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lloyd Michal Starkey.
