Commey "Gumby" Hill, 63, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, at his home. Gumby was born on June 19, 1957, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the son of Siah Leo, Sr and Elizabeth (Phillips) Hill. Gumby had several jobs throughout his life including a bingo clerk, a dishwasher, working in maintenance and security. He was also an artist and loved working with beads. His hobbies included fishing, coin collecting, pool, and floating the Illinois River with the 69 Club. Gumby was a master mechanic, dart player extraordinaire, nun chuck master, yo yo champion, world champion chess player and the world's best backer upper. Survivors include: his wife, Lydia Buck of the home; his sons, William Hill and Steven Hill both of the home, and John Hill of Fort Collins, Colorado; his daughters, Karen Buck of the home and Patricia Hill of Eufaula; his brother, Levi Hill of Tulsa; his sisters, Betsy Hill and Jeannetta Hill, both of Eufaula and a granddaughter Gabriella Hill. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Juanita Harjo; four brothers, Thomas, Dunson, Colbert and Siah Jr.
