Clifford Dee Hall, 97, of Eufaula, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017, at his home. Clifford was born on April 26, 1920, in Lucas, Arkansas, the son of Rufus Dee and Zona Elnora (Pinkston) Hall. Clifford graduated from Perkins High School in 1941. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 19, 1942. While serving in World War II, Clifford received several medals including the Purple Heart, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star, Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Good Conduct Medal. He was a prisoner of war for two years during World War II. Clifford was honorably discharged on October 21, 1945 in Texas. On September 19, 1958, Clifford married Martha Greiner in Durant, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on April 28, 1997. Clifford later married Kathy Carolyn Montgomery in Seminole, Oklahoma on August 15, 1998. They were happily married for 18 years. Clifford was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center. Survivors include: his wife, Kathy C. Hall of the home; his daughters, Stephanie L. Dawson and husband Kevin of Eufaula and Melissa A. Garner and husband Grant of Oklahoma City; his sister, Virginia King of Midwest City; five grandchildren and one great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Virgil, Edgar and Leslie and his sisters, Ruby, Olive and Ann.
