Charles Kirksey Chapman

Charles was born on February 25, 1934 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Fred and Stella Martha (Pruitt) Chapman. He attended Eufaula Public Schools. Charles served in the United States Army and Navy. He worked as a commercial painter. Charles and Cathy were happily together for over fifteen years. He loved to spend his time fishing and with his family and friends. Survivors include: his wife, Cathy, of the home; one daughter, Mary Matney and husband, Steve, of Eufaula, OK; two brothers: Fred "Sam" Chapman and wife, Kay, of McAlester, OK; Jimmy Chapman and wife, Cheryl, of Indiana; six nephews: Sammy Chapman, Vernon Chapman, Wayne Chapman, Bruce Chapman, Jay Chapman, and Casey Chapman; and three grandchildren: Marissa, Madison, and Charlie. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Stella Chapman.
