Charles A. Graham, 84, of Eufaula, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020, at the Eufaula Manor Nursing Home. He was born on October 4, 1935, in Twin Mountains, the son of Edgar and Hazel (Ingram) Graham. In 1974, Charles married Ro-Jean Eloise Hayes. Charles later married Barbara Newman Wheeler in the fall of 1997. He worked as a farmer, woodcutter, salvage man, state worker and cattleman. Charles enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, a brush hogging. He was a good-hearted man with a great personality, always telling jokes and helping people. His word was worth more than gold. You could always count on him. He was also a great teacher. He was a member of the Vivian Baptist Church. Survivors include: his stepson, Todd Hayes; his daughters, Jo-Ann Graham, Marcella Graham, Connie Shelton, Deanna Breene, and step daughters, Tammy Hayes, Judy Hayes and Linda Hayes; nephews, Audie Laughlin, Edgar Laughlin, Martin Laughlin, Shane Laughlin, Sonny Laughlin, Frederick Laughlin, Bobby Jr. Laughlin and Eddy Graham; nieces, Connie, Doris, Tina, Barbara and Patricia; and sister, Dolly Laughlin. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Hazel Graham, sister, Christine Laughlin, and son, Charles, Jr. A private family service was held at the Lenna Cemetery.
