Carolyn Palmer, 78, of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, passed away Friday, November 1, 2019, at the St. Francis Hospital of Tulsa. Carolyn was born on October 26, 1941, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Henry and Lizzie Lou (Ross) Palmer. She graduated from Eufaula High School in 1959. She then received her Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Oklahoma. Survivors include: her daughters, Kirsten A. Naumer of San Antonio, TX; Tanya E. Percival and husband Eric of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Erin Alys Maldonado of Austin, TX, Sydnee Percival of San Diego, CA, Kyndall Scheffey of New Orleans, LA, Logan Percival of Seattle, WA, Jade Percival and Alexys Percival both of Albuquerque, NM; her brothers, Ron Palmer and wife Jane of Broken Arrow, OK; Phillip Palmer of San Antonio, TX; and a special friend, Parker Quillen of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Carolyn's favorite charity, Patronato Pro Niños in San Miguel.
