Carol Kay (Albee) Carter

Carol Kay (Albee) Carter passed away June 13, 2022, in her home in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born in Oklahoma City in 1936 and was the only child of the late Gilbert and Willa Albee of Eufaula, wife of the late Dr. Tony Carter of Eufaula, and loving mother to Annette Carter of Las Vegas, Evelyn Carter Gulley of Eufaula, Tony Carter of Nicoma Park, Oklahoma and the late Janis Carter Gordon and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carol was a retired social worker in the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and an avid visual artist, a hobby she picked up later in life. The family requests no flowers, but rather memorial donations made to the Carol Carter Visual Arts Scholarship, c/o Bank of Eufaula, Eufaula OK 74432. The scholarship will be awarded to a Eufaula High School senior or seniors with plans to study the visual arts at the collegiate level.
