Bobby "Bob" Gene Burwell

Bobby (Bob) Gene Burwell, 89, of Kinta, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at his home. Bob was born on June 12, 1931 in Canadian, Oklahoma to Harry and Sarah Jo (Pelky) Burwell. He attended Canadian Schools. In 1967, Bob moved from Canadian to Kinta, where he resided. He worked as a carpenter. Bob was a devoted Christian. He loved his garden and working in it. Bob was always kind, positive, and very motivational. He was loved by all. Survivors include: two sisters, Yvonne Sustaire, of the home; and Peggy Hughes, of Lona Valley; special nephews, Johnathon and Joshua Sustaire; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Betty Jo Shaffer, brother in-law, Joe Shaffer, and two nephews: Jimmy Sustaire and Marty Sustaire.
