Bob

Robert "Bob" Lloyd Greenlee, 87, of Canadian, passed away on April 3, 2022 at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Bob was born on March 10, 1935 in Wesleyville, Pennsylvania to Robert Leroy and Florence Mary (Rupp) Greenlee. He attended Birchard Elementary School and graduated from Cambridge High School in 1953. Bob enlisted in the United States Army on December 21, 1954 and was honorably discharged on November 29, 1957. While serving, he received several awards including: the Good Conduct Medal and Parachutist Badge. Bob lived in Arkansas for about twenty-eight years until 1995 when he moved to Canadian to make his home. He was a member of the Eufaula VFW Post 8798 and the American Legion. Survivors include: two sisters: Mary Louise Holowach, of Carroll, Iowa and Eleanore "Ellie" Ann McKinney, of Baldwyn, Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Rhea Francis.
