Billy D. Mcneely, Jr.

Billy Dewayne McNeely, 64, of Eufaula, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at his home. Bill was born on February 29, 1956 in Bakersfield, California to Billy Dwight and Bertha Leona (Goodwin) McNeely. He graduated from Indianola High School in 1974. On February 27, 1976, Billy married Brenda Rose and to this union three children were born. He worked in the oil field for most of his life. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting his bow. He was an outdoorsman. Survivors include: daughter, Leona Nester, of Eufaula; two sons: Dewayne McNeely, of Eufaula; and SSGT Jeremy McNeely, of Alaska; brother, Tommy McNeely, of Montana; eight grandchildren: Joshua McNeely, Skyla McNeely, Trevor Nester, Allen Nester, Nicholas Jones, Makenzie Cooper-Kistener, Liam McNeely, and Declan McNeely; five great grandchildren: Hayden Nance, Landon McNeely, Trevor "T.J." Nester, Jace Nester, and Abigail McNeely. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Dwight McNeely; infant sister, and infant great grandson, Joshua McNeely, Jr. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
