Billie Kay Costa

Billie Kay Costa, 60, of Quinton, passed away Saturday, January 02, 2016, at the Mitchell Manor Nursing Home in McAlester. Billie was born on July 15, 1955, in Modesto, California, the daughter of William "Bill" and Lilian (Robertson) Costa. She graduated from Quinton High School. Billie worked as a dispatcher for Chevron Tow for over ten years in Freemont, California. She later worked as a convenient store clerk for EZ Mart for five years. She was a member of the Greater Refuge Pentecostal Church.
