Bessie Eilene Farnsworth

Bessie was born on August 5, 1936 in Durango, Colorado to Erwin Jared and Ruth Pauline (Bennett) Hall. At an early age, she moved to California with her parents. Bessie attended school in Atascadero, California. She married Jerry Farnsworth, who preceded her in death in 2002, at eventually moved back to Durango, Colorado. They later resided in Denver, Colorado, where they resided until moving to Eufaula, Oklahoma in 1998. Bessie worked many years as a supervisor for Micro-Semi Manufacturing. She was active in the Working Girls Red Hat Society of Eufaula. Taking care of her family was the center of her life. Survivors include: two daughters, Debi Farnsworth, of the home; Rhonda Farnsworth and partner, Delores Corley, of Eufaula, Oklahoma; one grandson, Brandon Brown, of Miami, Florida; one step granddaughter, Tonya Corley, of Eufaula, Oklahoma; one brother in-law, Terry Simmons; many nieces and nephews; and an extended family member, Marie Durocher. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Farnsworth; her parents, Erwin Hall and Ruth Bennett; and one sister, Edena Simmons.
