Bernice Wilkerson

Bernice Wilkerson, 81, of Atoka, formerly of Quinton, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019, at the Atoka Manor. Bernice was born on December 31, 1937, iin San Francisco, California, the daughter of Charles and Myrtle (Wolfe) Musson. She attended school in Richmond, California. On August 29, 1964, Bernice married Lynn Eugene Wilkerson in Reno, Nevada. They were happily married for forty-nine years. Bernice enjoyed playing bingo and cards and also enjoyed fishing. Survivors include: her sons, Lynn Eugene Wilkerson, II and Richard Joseph Wright; her daughters, Charlotte Renee Wilkerson and Rachel Washington; her brother, Charles Munson; her sister, Bernadina Dias and sisters-in-law, Mary Shelton and Colleen Ewan. SHe is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica McDaniel, Jeremy Griggs and Jimmy White and her great grandchildren, Ryder McDaniel, Tripp McDaniel, Maverick McDaniel Abel Grigss and Athena Boston. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother and a granddaughter.
