Barbara Evelyn Anderson

Barbara was born on February 28, 1936, in Delano, California, the daughter of Walter Herman and Florence Fleming Fowler. She attended school in Delano. In 1964, Barbara married Charles Anderson in Delano, California. He preceded her in death in 1996. She worked as a fry cook for over forty years. Barbara loved the casino, shopping and spending time with her family, kids and grandkids. Survivors include: her sons, Michael Anderson and wife Janett of Canadian Shores, Bobby Anderson and wife Amyee of Canadian Shores, Stanley Anderson of Granite, Richard Anderson of Canadian Shores, Jessie James Anderson and wife Danielle of Calvin, and Bobby Anderson "Jr" of Canadian Shores; her daughter, Deborah Letner of Canadian Shores; her brothers, Walter Fowler of California, Floyd Fowler of California and Mac Fowler of Louisiana, Dwayne Fowler of California and Larry Fowler of Texas; sisters, Edith Weitzel of California and Margaret Creek and husband Barry of Texas; two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Landon Anderson, a brother, Norman and her sisters, Jeweldean, Dorothy and Meryl.
