Ashton Leon Wright

Ashton Leon Audie Wright "Leon", 21, of Eufaula, OK passed from this life on Monday, March 31, 2025 in Muskogee, OK. Ashton was born on December 30, 2003 to Dustin Wright and Christie Goodrich. Ashton attended Eufaula High School, and worked many different jobs on the road including construction and building. Ashton was of the Baptist faith. On March 27, 2022 Leon became a father which was the light of his life, he enjoyed being a father to Joshua Cody Lee Wright. He was looking forward to the arrival of his neice Taytum. Ashton loved to fish, swim, play cornhole and spend time with his friends and family.

Ashton is survived by his father; Dustin Lee Wright and wife Tara Park of Eufaula, his mother Christie Dawn Goodrich of Eufaula.

one son; Joshua Cody Lee Wright and his mother Dylan Nunley, two brothers; Hunter Wright and wife Alyssa Crabtree and Justin Breshears all of Eufaula, two sisters; Miakoda Wright and Markaya Breshears, Grandparents Audie Laughlin and Patty Goodrich of Eufaula, OK., four aunts; Tonya Goodrich, Shady Burleson Shevonda Harrel and Denise Dowling.

Ashton was preceded in death by his grandparents Vicki & Mark Murdock, great grandmother Mildred Wright and two uncles Josh Laughlin and Cody Gray who he later named his son after.

Leon will be remembered by the love and laughter he brought to so many and how he would always teach people around him how to dance, but couldn't dance his self. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 11 A.M. at the Stidham Baptist Church with Dane Yandell and Roley McIntosh officiating. Pallbearers will be Hunter Wright, Jaydin Perkins, John Mustin, Ashjon Lunceford, Kash Lane, Caleb Floyd and Treython Newton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jason Thompson, Richard Burleson, Cash Tipton, Hathen Fairchild, James Harrel, Jack Harrel and Noah Anderson.
