Anthony Wayne Chisholm

Anthony Wayne Chisholm, Sr. was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on December 14, 1967 and passed from this earth in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 26, 2017, he was 49 years old. Anthony enjoyed being with his family and was a friend to everyone he knew. He was baptized and of the Baptist faith. Anthony is survived by his two mothers, Nancy Chisholm and Betty Lane of the home in Stidham. One son, Anthony Wayne Chisholm, Jr. and wife Ashley of Henderson, Kentucky; granddaughter, Aneveah Chisholm and grandson Anthony Krous of Henderson, Kentucky; three brothers, Donald Chisholm and wife Velma of Okmulgee, OK, Ronald Chisholm and wife Rhonda of Centrahoma, OK, Leslie Lane and wife Cindy of Preston, OK; two nephews, Eric Lane and Dakota Chisholm, three nieces Tia Roberts, Valerie Carder an Gina Chisholm. Anthony is preceded in death by his grandparents Coweta and Rosie Chisholm.
