Alan Morris Prescott

Alan Morris Prescott, 71, of Eufaula, passed away on May 7, 2020 at his home. Alan was born on November 9, 1948 in Rocky Ford, Colorado, the son of W.D. and Sybil (Barlow) Prescott. He married Karen Prescott and to this union three children were born. They were married for over thirty years. Alan worked as an independent carpenter. On August 15, 2015, Alan married Donna Cathey at the New Hope Freewill Baptist Church. Alan enjoyed fishing and hunting, working and was an active member of the New Hope Freewill Baptist Church. He later attended Deere's Chapel Baptist Church. Alan was a wonderful man, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be missed by many. Survivors include: his wife, Donna Prescott, of the home; his first wife, Karen Prescott; his son, Bryan Prescott; daughter, Shawna Petree; brother, Dennis Prescott and sister, Oleda Foster; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, WD and Sybil, a brother, Don, grandson Dylan Prescott and a son, Bradley Alan Prescott.
