Richard was born on December 11, 1944 in Pontiac, Michigan to Cleo and Betty Juanita (Lado-Ross-Fonders) Rickman. He attended school in Tennessee. Rick worked in commercial printing for over fifty years. He owned and operated Cherokee Labels and Printing in Eufaula. Rick married Charlotte Ann Thouvenel on October 3, 1998 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They were happily married for over sixteen years. He was of the Baptist faith. Rick loved to fish with his boys, mow, and watch boxing and the stock reports for the economy. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his wife and grandkids. Rick liked to listen and dance to Blues. Survivors include: his wife, Charlotte Rickman, of the home; son, Shawn Rickman and wife, Marti, of Yukon, OK; granddaughters, Layla Rickman and Christina Swank; and great great granddaughter, Sophia Grace Payne; son, Brian Rickman and wife, Allison, of Eufaula, OK; grandsons, Hunter and Cole Rickman; son, Brady Rickman and wife, Leticia, of Yukon, OK; granddaughter, Ally Marie Rickman; daughter, Tiffany Hunt, of Eufaula, OK; granddaughter, Bryn Hunt; daughter, Tasha Carey and husband, Cody, of Stidham, OK; granddaughter, Pippa Jewel Carey; cousin, Charlie Rickman; five sisters; and special fishing friends, Jerry and Sherri Buie. He is preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Benjamin Rickman in 2005. No services planned at this time.
