Hattie Jane Beaver

November 30, 1929 — March 26, 2016

Hattie was born on November 30, 1929 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Solomon and Suzy (Perry) Mitchell. She graduated from Chilocco Boarding School. In 1958, Hattie married Raymond Richie Beaver, who preceded her in death on October 5, 2010. They were happily married for over fifty-eight years. She worked as a teacher"s aide for Eufaula Houston Homan Junior High for over twenty years. Hattie was also President of the Eufaula Band Boosters, a Sunday School Teacher at Okfuskee Baptist Church, a Woman"s Leader of the Church, and held several positions in the Muscogee, Seminole, and Wichita Baptist Associations. Survivors include: one son: Robt. Beaver, of Balch Springs, TX; eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Raymond Beaver; and sons: Richie Beaver, Solomon Mitchell Beaver, James Michael Beaver, and Mitchell Byar Beaver.
