David Wayne Ford

David Wayne Ford, 54, of Lenna, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021, at the Hillcrest South Hospital of Tulsa. David was born on May 17, 1967, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the son of Richard Wayne and Billie Sue (Proe) Ford. He attended Wainwright and Checotah Public Schools. David received his Associates Degree in Science from Connors State College. On August 8, 2005, David married Traci Phillips at the Onapa Baptist Church. They were happily married for sixteen years. David worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Stidham Baptist Church. Survivors include: his wife, Traci, of the home; parents, Richard and Billie Ford; daughters, Kara Palmer, Emily Ford and Daci Ford; brothers, Richard Ford and Joe Lovett; sister, Dona Lovett; two grandchildren, Kannon and Tinsley Palmer.
